To hug the teddy bear, based on my experience, few conditions must be satisfied..
1. At least 20 percent drop from the nearest peak price, would be even better if more than 30%.
2. There must be huge volume released during the dropping.
3. There should not be any significant rebound during the dropping period, like 15%..
4. It would be much better If there is a double bottom or related chart pattern.

对这种抄底情况应该怎么处理呢?我觉得资金管理比较重要,一般是分批买,第一个操作是小量试仓.比方说买2000股,如果继续下跌,那么如果再次下跌到多达5%-10%,再追进 4000股.(如果下跌少过5%千万不要加仓,average down的风险和心理压力都是非常大的,不出现大波动不能随便加仓).
